Apart from having profound theoretical knowledge related to the business, MADA Holding Group has initiated a variety of different projects like EPC projects, PPP Projects, investment and acquisitions through City Cool and has completed them successfully.

Currently City Cool caters to the markets in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Riyadh. It also extends its services and unique facilities internationally for proving the real worth of its core competencies worldwide.

Since its inception, City Cool has been supplying cooling energy for providing enhanced cooling systems respectively to its customers. It also offers a variety of related services that make the deals complete and value-enriched for the users.

  • City Cool was established in 2006 by Al Rajhi Holding Group, and within a short period became one of the leaders of District Cooling service providers. The company provides high quality District Cooling and Water Utility services, to projects in the MENA region.
     

  • City Cool provides Facilities Management with service range from Specialized Engineering, Hard, Soft and other management services.
     

  • It provides District Cooling & utility services including Operation & Maintenance in KSA and UAE.
